Return Policy

We offer a 15-day, hassle-free return and exchange policy (starting from the date of receipt).

Exclusions: Customized products are not eligible for unconditional returns or exchanges, unless there are quality issues or shipping damage.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reissue or replace it free of charge, and all shipping costs will be borne by us.

A1:Once a refund is processed, it will typically be credited to your bank/payment channel within 3–10 business days (depending on the card issuer/channel).

A2:If a package has not been updated for an extended period or is confirmed lost, we will prioritize reissuing it. If you prefer not to wait, you can opt for a full refund.

A3:After acceptable package inspection, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Orders selected for exchange will be reissued within 1–3 business days with a new tracking number.

A4:When returning your item, please use the original packaging or equivalent packaging, including all accessories and receipts, to prevent further damage.

For personalized engraving, please double-check the details (capitalization, date, and language) before placing your order to avoid delays in production and delivery.

Receipt Confirmation:
We will review and notify you of the handling method within 1–2 business days. If a return is required, we will send a prepaid return label or a nearby return address.
