We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you received your item to return it.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the existing item and, if the return is accepted, purchase a new one.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without stating a reason. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition they were received, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Refunds

If approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
