How We Do It

Every product is handmade. Each piece undergoes quality inspection and secure packaging before leaving our factory.
Shipping takes 1–3 business days after order placement (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Shipping Rates and Scope

• Free worldwide shipping. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.
• Frequently used carriers: Local postal service + preferred commercial courier，automatically matched by destination.

Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time is 6–15 days (some remote areas or peak holiday periods may experience slight delays).
• If you have not received your package after the 15th day, please contact us immediately at  contact us.
We will immediately contact our shipping company and, if necessary, resend you a new product free of charge.

Address Changes and Delivery Failures

• Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of order placement. We will attempt to intercept already shipped orders, but success is not guaranteed.
• Returns due to incorrect addresses or unreceived delivery may be re-delivered. If a second shipping fee is required, it will be processed after confirmation with you.

Customs and Import Taxes

• Direct shipping to most countries is free of customs duties. If import taxes are imposed by the destination's policies, they are generally borne by us.

Packaging and Environmental Protection

• Shockproof packaging is used to ensure safe arrival. Recyclable materials are used as much as possible for both protection and environmental protection.
