Design Inspiration
We started with the moon itself and kept things simple: a calm, perfect sphere. The surface has tiny dips and soft texture to echo craters, so it catches light gently—like moonlight. The color is a quiet “moon white,” with a hint of warmth from the wood fibers so it feels friendly to the touch.
The opening follows a thin line around the middle—like the moon’s day-night edge—so it almost disappears when closed. A hidden ring at the bottom keeps it steady on a shelf. The size is tuned for desks and bookcases, so this little “moon” looks like an art piece at home, while its earth-friendly material can return to the soil when you’re ready.
